El C\u00f3digo de Conducta de Digital1to1, se compromete a promover un entorno laboral de igualdad libre de cualquier forma de discriminaci\u00f3n o de hostigamiento, en el que se trate con respeto y dignidad a los empleados y a las personas asistentes a los distintos eventos promovidos por Digital1to1. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n En Digital1to1 existe una pol\u00edtica de tolerancia cero ante cualquier supuesto de discriminaci\u00f3n, abuso de autoridad, abuso verbal, violencia, de acoso o cualquier otra conducta que pueda generar ofensa o intimidaci\u00f3n de los derechos personales de los empleados y participantes. Nuestro objetivo es que las relaciones personales sean profesionales y libres de prejuicios, discriminaciones y\/o acoso. Cualquier incumplimiento de esta pol\u00edtica no es necesariamente una transgresi\u00f3n legal, pero puede dar lugar a medidas disciplinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Acoso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n La definici\u00f3n de acoso incluye, calumnias, amenazas, bromas ofensivas, intimidaciones, estereotipos negativos y exhibici\u00f3n o circulaci\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo de material escrito o gr\u00e1fico que denigra o muestra de aversi\u00f3n o acci\u00f3n hostil hacia un individuo o grupo. El acoso, tanto laboral como sexual, no est\u00e1 tolerado por Digital1to1 adem\u00e1s de que son conductas ilegales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Consideramos acoso laboral al trato hostil o vejatorio al que es sometida una persona de forma sistem\u00e1tica y recurrente durante un tiempo prolongado, que le provoca problemas psicol\u00f3gicos y profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Entendemos como acoso sexual el que define todas aquellas insinuaciones verbales o f\u00edsicas no deseadas, solicitudes de relaciones sexuales o cualquier otra conducta, de naturaleza sexual, proposiciones, ya sean expl\u00edcitas o impl\u00edcitas, por causa directamente ligada al trabajo. Estos comportamientos, seg\u00fan circunstancias, pueden incluir pero no de forma limitativa a bromas e insinuaciones y\/o solicitudes de favores sexuales no deseados, abuso verbal de contenido sexual; comentarios acerca del cuerpo, la potencia sexual; miradas imp\u00fadicas, silbidos, gestos o comentarios insultantes u obscenos; exhibici\u00f3n o puesta en circulaci\u00f3n en el trabajo de objetos o im\u00e1genes sexualmente sugestivas (incluyendo las realizadas mediante el correo electr\u00f3nico); y cualquier otra conducta f\u00edsica, verbal o visual de naturaleza sexual. La discriminaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es ilegal y no esta tolerada por Digital1to1, entendiendo por discriminaci\u00f3n cualquier conducta que denigre o muestre hostilidad o aversi\u00f3n hacia un individuo, debido a su raza, religi\u00f3n, g\u00e9nero, origen nacional, edad, discapacidad, estado civil, orientaci\u00f3n sexual o cualquier otra caracter\u00edstica protegida por la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00c1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n y comportamientos contemplados<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Esta pol\u00edtica es aplicable a todas las personas que tengan la condici\u00f3n de empleados de Digital1to1, y a cualquier persona que participe y\/o asista a los eventos promovidos por Digital1to1. Los comportamientos no permitidos ni tolerados por esta pol\u00edtica son inaceptables en el lugar de trabajo y en cualquier evento relacionado con el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Garant\u00eda de indemnidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Digital1to1 considera como grave una violaci\u00f3n de esta pol\u00edtica y ser\u00e1 objeto de correcci\u00f3n disciplinaria, la represalia contra cualquier persona que reporte una conducta discriminatoria o de acoso o que participe activamente en la investigaci\u00f3n de una denuncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Denuncia de un supuesto de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Digital1to1 requiere que las personas que crean que han sido v\u00edctimas de una conducta de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n reporten la incidencia al siguiente correo electr\u00f3nico: (*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Medidas correctoras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Digital1to1 adoptar\u00e1 las medidas correctoras necesarias en relaci\u00f3n con la conducta de acoso o discriminaci\u00f3n. Todas las personas tienen derecho a la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, por lo que no se tolerar\u00e1n falsas denuncias, destinadas a causar un da\u00f1o a otra persona. En caso de que se probara la existencia de falsa denuncia o testimonio, se tomar\u00e1n igualmente las medidas disciplinarias que correspondan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" El
