What’s the weirdest thing that happened to a shipment that you were shipping or receiving?
For me, there are no things such as weird shipments, just opportunities to improve and fresh solutions 😉
How did the consumer evolve?
Our consumers are much more demanding with the conditions we offer. If this is not under their expectations or we are not able to explain to them plainly we will lose them as customers.
Did you notice changes in their demands or behaviour in the last years?
Speed, our customers need to save time in their orders managements and have clear terms and conditions. We need to make sure the accomplishment of these terms and if we don’t they will require an immediate solution.
Which is the most sensitive moment in a delivery?
The contact between driver and customer in the final delivery. This moment closes the supply chain and can influence in a positive or negative way the customer with regards to future orders. In the carrier world, this influence is a bit lighter but, of course, it can influence the image of the brands.
Which is the role of Digital solutions in the logistics process?
The information and its management. Nowadays it would be impossible to have the quality levels we are performing without our BigData and the tools focused on logistics management.
What makes you feel passionate about your job?
People. The relation with the different departments, suppliers and teams who help improving daily tasks which are always reflected by the results and goals achieved.

And in one word?
