Signaturit Description

Signaturit's service consists of allowing the signature of different documents by sending an email and using your finger or the mouse pointer to sign. A simple and, above all, fast process that complies with the relevant regulations.

Currently, the number of customers exceeds 2,000 and they operate in 40 countries. These include not only small, medium-sized and large companies, but also private individuals. The main sectors they work with are real estate, insurance, health, human resources and financial services. Some of the most prominent clients are Banco Sabadell and the Prisa group.

The platform uses an API that allows the integration of the signature both from the website and within a CRM or ERP. In the former, customers sign documents or contracts directly in the web or mobile app, with an intuitive format, while in the latter, customers receive the document in their email and sign it in the interface of the company's own software. As for the validity of the signature, it can be used both within the European Union and in the United States.

To incorporate the Signaturit service, the company has three plans:

  • Businesswith signature and up to three templates.
  • Business+, which increases to 5 templates and also offers brand personalization, work teams, mass mailings, certified email and Zapier integration.
  • Enterprise, with unlimited templates, and API and Salesforce integration is added to the previous ones.
