The soft buzz of the hive was the soundtrack of the 1to1 meeting room and it somehow reminded to the music of Andrea Bocelli.
With this pleasant melody, two companies who were born in Italy were about to start their 1to1 meeting at the Digital 1to1 Madrid. Piacenza Cashmere wanted to improve and optimize the management of their e-commerce shipments and to increase the conversion rate with the personalization of each step of the delivery process as they are aware of the great importance of the customer experience.
Raquel knew that she had the key to help them and with her expertise in luxury brands as her flagship she was ready to captivate Humberto and help him to rocket his e-commerce.
Just two weeks after the Digital 1to1 our Hivers had already gone through a demo and closed the deal to face the big day.
