When did love begin?
It was on the Digital1to1 in March 2018. Sarah Guiraud told me in detail about their different solutions and I realized that they were going to help us with the ordination.
In what context did the meeting take place?
In a 1to1 Quote. We had been managing to increase traffic for months, but the conversion rate was not. We were looking for alternatives to improve it in a more radical way and not just based on AB testing.
What was the company's need?
We launch 40 new products per week. This means that the order of categories and lists is fundamental to communicate values.
