Target2Sell is the first personalized merchandising platform that targets large e-Commerce companies to offer their customers personalized recommendations based on their profile. It integrates with the company's CRM and DMP and uses information from web and store data to understand each customer's actions. Its solutions are targeted at B2B and retail.
Target2sell Description
Born in 2012, they launched the first official version of their product the following year and TousErgo was their first customer. They closed 2014 with more than 50 customers, including Auchan, a figure that doubled in one year.
This open, real-time artificial intelligence platform allows the customer's shopping experience to be personalized in any of the channels they use. Thus, it manages to enrich Web-To-Store visits with the personalized recommendations offered, such as pick-up points or online reservations; it adapts to the context in which each company operates and serves as a guide for retailers in their digital transformation.
To achieve its objectives, it uses two main tools:
- CRM/DMP integration. By synchronizing with the CRM databases and the DMP segments, the information available on each profile is enriched, so that recommendations can be specialized, but always according to the existing criteria.
- Web data. Information from customers who are already identified is passed through the data analysis engine and not only isolated actions are taken into account, but their behavior from multichannel visits is pooled.
In addition to the aforementioned, other of its most prominent clients are Cartier, Worten, Ives Rocher or Etam, among many others.
