When did love arise?
It was at the national Digital 1 to 1, March 2018, held at the Dolce Hotel in Sitges. It was a 1to1 appointment and, frankly, I wasn't really aware that this tool existed, as it had no presence in Spain. Marie explained to me in a simple and precise way what they offered and what could be achieved with Tokywoky and I loved the simplicity of use.
What need / challenge did your company have?
We did not have a very specific need, but we always try to improve as much as possible, and this tool helps us to improve the conversion rate, the engagement with clients and solving their doubts in real time.
How, why and when was the agreement closed?
It was an ideal solution as I said to improve the indicated parameters, and I left the appointment practically convinced. The ease of testing the tool did the rest to convince us, practically after two months we had the tool fully integrated and working with good results.
Was there a happy ending? What results have you achieved?
Maybe it's a bit early to confirm data, but we've noticed some conversion in certain products, but what you notice from the first day is the users' engagement, how some try to help others based on their experience, thanks to the gamification system that integrates.
